Here is our lot. It is approximately 1,000 feet from the beach! The plan is to get a golf cart with a flip seat (to seat 4) to drive our hips back and forth to the beach. If Ronnie has his way, the golf cart will have the Sack of Crabs logo on it, 6" lift package and chrome wheels. We shall see!
Street view, looking due east to the ocean. The road "Bold Dune Drive" is a dead-end. Actually has a little bit of a cul-de-sac at the end. Just enough to park the golf cart out of the way. The homes straight ahead are ocean front with a dune between them and the open seas.
Here are a couple pics of the floor plans. The first is the front elevation. The dining room and living room are located on the top floor at the front of the house.
