Soaring to the 2nd Floor!!

Top floor walls are going up.  Trusses should be brought in by crane this week.  Definitely on target for a November closing.

Ocean view from the dining room windows.  It is barely visible (but we will

 take it!) and gives you a good perspective as to where the house sits in

 relationship to the ocean and sound.
